1. Reservation Confirmation:

• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
• Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation via email.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made within 30 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
• No-shows or early departures will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
• Please note that specific cancellation policies may apply to special packages or promotions.

3. Check-in/Check-out:

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
